Job summary

This position requires a talented and driven Lab Scientist to contribute to cutting-edge research in multi-omics, leveraging various -omics technologies (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, epigenomics) to understand complex biological processes and identify potential biomarkers and drug targets. 

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments: Develop, optimize, and perform multi-omics experiments (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics) and other sophisticated in vitro and cellular assays to generate high-quality data.

• Data analysis and interpretation: Utilize advanced bioinformatics tools and techniques (e.g., R, Python, statistical methods) to analyze and integrate multi-omics data, extracting meaningful insights into disease mechanisms, treatment response, and biomarker discovery.

• Collaborate and communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams (researchers, data scientists, clinicians, bioinformaticians) to design experiments, interpret findings, present research outcomes, and contribute to regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience: Demonstrated experience with multi-omics data generation, analysis, and interpretation, including techniques such as NGS, RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, spatial transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics.

Skills

• • Proficiency in programming languages like R, Python, and shell scripting, along with experience using bioinformatics packages and tools.

  • Strong statistical and analytical skills to handle high-dimensional multi-omics datasets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
