3. Quantitative Proteomics: Quantitative proteomics focuses on measuring the relative or absolute abundance of proteins across multiple conditions. 

A. Label-Free Quantification (LFQ): Measures protein abundance in different samples without chemical labeling, making it cost-effective for large-scale studies.

B. TMT/iTRAQ-Based Multiplexed Quantification: Uses isobaric tags to label proteins from multiple conditions, allowing simultaneous comparison of up to 16 samples in a single run.

4. Post-Translational Modification (PTM) Analysis: Detailed mapping of phosphorylation, acetylation, glycosylation, ubiquitination, and more.
